学分制下高校体育教师角色行为实践研究

摘　　要：采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法,就学分制下杭州高校学生对体育教师角色期望、体育部领导、教师对自身角色认知及教学过程中的角色行为进行调查,分析了各种角色行为产生的原因,并就如何实现角色行为的转变进行了探讨。With the combination of documentary analysis,questionnaire investigation and data statistics,this paper investigates the role expectations of physical education teachers in hangzhou under the credit system.It also investigates the ministry of sports,teachers awareness of their own role and act as in the teaching process.Therefore,it analyzes the various causes,and discusses how to achieve the change of role.
