摘　　要：义务教育阶段校长培训是关系到基础教育改革与发展的大事,创造性抓好培训工作是教师培训机构的职责。湖南省新邵县在广泛调研、认真分析参培对象需求的基础上,科学设计培训方案,创新培训模式,精心组织实施,获得了一些宝贵经验。Compulsory school headmasters＇ training is closely related to the reform of basic education and its development.Creatively doing the training job is the responsibility of teachers training institutions.Through extensive research and careful analysis,Xinshao County scientifically designs the training programs,innovates the training models.With well organization and enforcement,the training sees a complete success,gaining some valuable experience.
