摘　　要：沟通是大学生思想教育的基础和重要手段,沟通的有效性事关大学生思想教育工作的成败。本文在对非观念化沟通和传统的观念化沟通的内涵进行对比界定的基础上,结合对当代高职学生的心理行为特征的分析,阐明了非观念化沟通在高职学生思想教育中的适应性。Communication is a basic and important way of ideological education to students in higher vocational colleges and its effectiveness links up with success or failure of ideological education to college students.On the basis of the contrast and definition of the connotation of non-conceptional communication and traditional conceptional communication,this paper expounds the adaptability of non-conceptional communication in ideological education to students in higher vocational colleges with the analysis of student＇s psychological behavior character.
