中美教师教育课程设置比较研究——基于对威斯康星大学麦迪逊分校和四川师大的分析

摘　　要：美国的教师专业化走在了世界教师教育的前列,在教师教育课程设置上威斯康星大学麦迪逊分校独显特色。该校通识教育课程、学科专业课程、教育专业课程呈现三分天下的局面;课程设置细致;重视实践课程。威斯康星大学麦迪逊分校教育课程设置的特点给我国师范大学的启示是:完善课程结构与比例、优化课程的内容、增加教学实践时间,重视教学实践的质量是改进我国的教师教育课程设置,提高我国教师教育专业质量的重要方面。借鉴其合理经验,优化我国教师教育的课程设置,可达到提高我国教师教育质量之目的。America takes the lead in professionalization of teachers.And the curriculum design for teacher education of University of Wisconsin-Madison has its distinctive features.The general education courses,the specialty courses and the education courses are the three main parts of its curriculum.The design itself is elaborate and emphasis is laid on the social practice courses.All these show that perfection of the structure of the curriculum,optimization of the course content,emphasis on teaching practice and increase of its time are a must for improving China＇s normal universities＇ curriculum design for teacher education and the quality of their teacher education.
