拐枣水浸提液对嗜酒大白鼠体重增加和血液中乙醇、丙二醛含量及乙醇脱氢酶活性的影响

摘　　要：设计正常饲养、低剂量、高剂量和模型对照4个试验组,研究拐枣水浸提液对嗜酒30d的大白鼠体重增加,血液中乙醇含量、丙二醛(MDA)含量及乙醇脱氢酶(ADH)活性的影响。结果表明:在体重增加方面,高剂量和低剂量试验组比模型对照组非常显著性升高(P<0.01);在血液中丙二醛(MDA)含量和乙醇脱氢酶(ADH)活性方面,与模型对照组相比,高剂量试验组大白鼠血液中的丙二醛(MDA)含量非常显著差性降低(P<0.01),而乙醇脱氢酶(ADH)活性非常显著性升高(P<0.01);在血液中乙醇浓度方面,两个拐枣提取液试验组中大白鼠血液的乙醇含量均低于模型对照组。试验结论:拐枣水浸提液对大白鼠的长期嗜酒产生的功能损伤具有一定保护作用。Effects of the water extract from Hovenia dulcis thunb on the weight gain,the content of alcohol and MDA,activity of ADH in blood of alcohol preferring rats were studied,based on four groups：the natural group,the low dose group,the high dose group and the model group.The results showed that there was significant difference between each group.Compared with model group,the rats weight gain of the low group,high dose group and model group was increased high significantly（P0.01）.About the content of MDA and activity of ADH in blood,compared with the model group,while the MDA content of the high dose group was reduced high significantly（P0.01）,the ADH activity of it was enhanced high significantly（P0.01）.The alcohol content in blood of the low or high dose group was less than the model group＇s at each time dot.It suggested that the water extract from Hovenia dulcis Thunb prevented rats alcoholism.
