冻虾中副溶血性弧菌血清分群及耐药分析

摘　　要：目的对近年收集的从冻虾中分离出的副溶血性弧菌菌株进行分析,确定地区的优势血清群及耐药性。方法对2008和2009年从冻虾中分离出的副溶血性弧菌菌株进行复苏,采用玻片凝集试验进行血清分群试验,采用K-B法进行药敏试验。结果 22株副溶血性弧菌共分4个血清群,O1群(18.2%),O3群(50%),O4群(13.6%),O6群(9.09%)。庆大霉素、氯霉素、复方新诺明耐药率为0%;氨苄西林耐药率高达72.7%,磺胺嘧啶耐药率45.5%。结论 2008和2009年海南水产品中的副溶血性弧菌的O3群(50%)为优势血清群,庆大霉素、氯霉素、复方新诺明是首选的抗生素。Aim To serotyping Vibrio parahaemolyticus strains isolated in recent years and test its sensitivity to antibotics. Methods Vibrio parahaemolyticus strains isolated from frosen shrims in 2008 and 2009 were resusciated and srotyped by using slide agglutination test for detection of serogroups and K-B test for sensitivity test. Results Of the 22 Vibrio parahaemolyticus strains , there were 4 Serogroups, O 1 （ 18.2% ）, O3 （ 50% ）, O4 （ 13.6% ）, O6 （9.09%）. The sensitivity of Vibrio parahaernolyticus strains to gentamiein,chloramphenicol and sulfamethoxazole was 100% ,but the resistance to ampicillin and sulfadiazine were 72.7% and 45.5%. Conclusion Vibrio parahaemolyticus O3 （50%）is the dominant serogroups in 2008 and 2009, Gentamiein,Chloramphenicol,Sulfamethoxazole are the antibiotic.s to be chosen／ for clinical purpose
