摘 要:为了提高医学生掌握外科疾病鉴别诊断思路的能力,作者在外科学教学过程中应用如下教学方法:先讲述两种需要鉴别疾病的病情混淆要点,扩展鉴别诊断分析能力;制作鉴别诊断表,罗列有意义的鉴别诊断要点,使学生接受的知识概念更清晰、正确,记忆深刻;在讲解鉴别诊断内容的同时,穿插典型误诊病例,增加学习兴趣,进一步引发学生的求知欲。In order to improve medical students' ability of differential diagnosis of surgical diseases, the author used following teaching methods in surgery teaching: First, the key confusing points of two diseases needed to be differentially diagnosed was clarified and the analysizing ability of differential diagnosis was extended. Then, differential diagnosis table was made to list the significant key points, which allowed students to know concepts more clearly and correctly and remember them very well. At last, typical missed cases were arranged to be explained among the differential diagnosis courses to stimulate the learning interest and curiosity of students.
