摘  要:新课改对未来的中学教师——高师生的素质提出了新的要求。高等师范院校应该积极主动地与基础教育课程改革新理念相呼应,积极进行课程和教学改革,采取多种有效策略使高师生创造性地学习,培养他们的创新学习观。可以从建立创新教育模式,转变高师生的学习方式和手段,创设自由、民主、和谐的学习氛围,变单一评价为多元化评价等方面来培养高师生创新学习观。With the new curriculum reform progresses,it puts forward higher requirements for the quality of future secondary school teachers as well as college teachers and students.Normal University,as the cradle of training teachers for basic education should respond to the new concept of basic education curriculum reform,actively innovate the courses and teaching,and adopt a variety of effective strategies to make high-creative learning students develop their innovative learning concept.This paper suggests the ways to cultivate innovative learning concept of college teachers and students from the following aspects: set up new innovative models,change the way of study,establish an free,democratic,harmonious atmosphere of study,and transform the single assessment to multi-assessment.
