摘 要:医学高等院校实施双语教学的目的是适应当今社会对专业人才素质的需求,培养国际型,复合型医学精英人才.在此基础上对现阶段三峡大学医学院开展组织学与胚胎学双语教学的教学效果及存在的问题进行了分析.通过自行设计的混合型问卷,深入调查了师生对组织学与胚胎学双语教学成效的评价.通过对调查结果的比较分析,发现了在双语教学中师生的主观因素以及各外在客观因素对教学效果的影响.并从双语教育模式,教学环境等方面提出了一些相应对策,以期进一步发挥双语教学的优势,尽早实现教育部的双语教学目标.The medicine institutions of higher learning implementation bilingual education goal is the adaptation now the society to the professional quality demand,raises the internationlization, the multi--skill medicine outstanding person talented person. Developed the histology and embryology bilingual education teaching effect and the existence question in this foundation to present stage Three Gorges University Medical school has car- ried on the analysis. Through mixed questionnaire which independently designs,investigated the teachers and students thoroughly to the histology and embryology bilingual education result appraisal. Through to the investigation result comparative analysis, has discovered in the bilingual education teacher's and student's subjective factor as well as each external objective factor to the teaching effect influence. And from the bilingual education pattern, aspects and so on teaching environment proposed some corresponding countermeasures, further display the bilingual education by the time the superiority,achieves Ministry of Education's bilingual education goal as soon as possible.
