论工学结合模式下高职学生管理工作的创新

摘　　要：文章简述了工学结合人才培养模式的内涵、特征,分析了它给高职学生管理带来的挑战,并提出了树立基于工学结合的学生工作理念、强化基于工学结合的思想政治教育内容和创新基于工学结合的学生管理机制等举措。This paper briefly introduces the engineering training model combining the meaning,characteristics and significance of analysis of it to manage the challenges of higher vocational students and proposes to build a combination of engineering based on the concept of student work,and strengthen integration of engineering-based educational content ideological based on engineering and innovation with initiatives such as student management system.
