摘 要:目的探讨基于案例学习法(CBS)+基于问题的学习(PBL)的护理查房模式在培养护理专业学生评判性思维能力中应用的效果。方法将46名护理本科实习生随机分为试验组和对照组,每组23名。实习期间试验组采用基于CBS+PBL的护理查房模式,对照组参加传统模式的护理查房,均为每2周1次。试验前后分别采用评判性思维能力量表(CTDI-CV)对两组进行调查。结果试验后,试验组评判性思维能力总分及各维度得分均高于对照组(P均〈0.05)。结论基于CBS+PBL的护理查房模式能有效地提高学生的评判性思维能力。Objective To explore the effect of ward rounds based on case-based study(CBS) and problem-based learning(PBL) in cultivating critical thinking abilities of nursing students.Methods Totally 46 nursing interns were randomly divided into experimental group(n=23) and control group(n=23).The experimental group participated in nursing ward rounds based on CBS and PBL every two weeks,and the control group participated in traditional nursing ward rounds every two weeks.All the students filled in Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory-Chinese Version(CTDI-CV).Results The scores of critical thinking abilities in the experimental group were obviously higher than those in the control group after clinical clerkship(P〈0.05).Conclusion The nursing ward rounds based on CBS and PBL can effectively improve critical thinking abilities of nursing interns.
