摘　　要：如何培养有创新意识医学人才是摆在每个医学高等院校教师面前的任务之一。实验教学是基础医学教学中的重要一环,提高实验教学质量将有助于培养医学生的科学思维和创新意识。How to cultivate innovative talents in medicine for the current society is one of the tasks facing every faculty in the medical universities. Laboratory teaching is an important step in basic medical education. Improvement of the laboratory teaching quality is instrumental to cultivate scientific thinking and innovative consciousness for medical students.
