摘　　要：按照高职人才培养目标,结合新时期高职人才需求的实际情况,金华职业技术学院明确生物技术及应用专业人才培养目标,围绕植物组织培养、食用菌生产技术和发酵酿造技术三个方向构建专业课程体系。发挥校内外实训基地功能,把实践教学基地建在企业,采用形成性考核与终结性考核相结合的课程评价机制,加强学生综合素质培养。According to talent cultivation objectives of higher vocational education,combining with talents demand for higher vocational education,Jinhua Vocational and Technical College has clarified the talent cultivation objectives and constructed specialty curriculum system surrounding with three directions including plant tissue culture,edible mushroom production technology and ferment brewing technology.In order to take advantage of the function of practice training base inside and outside school,the school has built practice teaching base in enterprises and adopted the curriculum evaluation mechanism combining formative examination with final examination and strengthened cultivation of comprehensive qualities for students.
