摘　　要：十七大报告在论述小康社会的新要求时,首次提出要"建设生态文明",并强调在全社会牢固树立生态文明观。大学生作为社会道德的中坚力量,在高校文化素质教育过程中加强大学生生态文明素养教育的渗透,是深入贯彻落实科学发展观,全面建设小康社会,构建和谐社会的必然要求。In the report on the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the new requirements of the well - off society was first elucidated. Hu Jintao advocates ＂building an ecological civilization＂ and emphasized establishing an ecological civilization outlook in the whole society. College students are the main force for social ethics. It is necessary to enhance the infiltration of ecological civilization attainment into the process of cultural education in colleges and universities, so as to thoroughly carry out scientific development, build a well - off society, and construct a harmonious society.
