摘  要:党的十七大提出的"加强教师队伍建设,重点提高农村教师素质"战略目标是促进义务教育均衡发展的重要指针。当前,教师培训院校在农村教师培训中占据着重要地位,但存在的一些问题影响了培训的实效性,要解决这些问题,教师培训院校需要更新理念、转变培训目标;注重教师差异、整合培训资源、提高培训者素质;构建主体性教学模式;完善管理制度。At the 17th National Congress,the Party posed a strategic goal that we should strengthen the teacher staff and improve the quality of the rural teachers,which is the important guidelines promoting the balance development of compulsory education.At present,the teacher training colleges play an important role in rural teacher training.However,there exist some problems affecting the effectiveness of teachers’ training.To solve the problems,teacher training colleges should update the concept,change the training target,pay attention to the differences between teachers,integrate the training resources,improve the quality of trainers,build the subject-orientated teaching models and improve the management system.
