摘  要:【目的】了解临沂市区初中生心理虐待与忽视的发生率、网络成瘾状况,以及二者之间的关系。【方法】运用随机数字法从临沂市区的十所初中里选取四所学校,在初一、初二年级中发放问卷,共收回有效问卷1 193份。采用自编一般情况调查问卷、儿童心理虐待与忽视量表、白羽等修订的网络成瘾调查问卷进行调查。【结果】临沂市区初中生心理虐待与忽视的发生率为21.49%,网络成瘾检出率为2.38%。儿童心理虐待与忽视阳性组、网络成瘾各因素得分均高于阴性组(P<0.01),心理虐待与忽视的总分、分量表得分及各维度得分与网络成瘾总分及各因素得分具有显著相关性(P<0.01)。【结论】临沂市区初中生中存在心理虐待与忽视现象,并存在一定比例的网络成瘾群体。受到心理虐待与忽视的初中生可能会求助于网络,易于发生网络成瘾。【Objective】 To investigate the prevalence of psychological abuse neglect and internet addiction,and explore the relationship between them among junior middle school students in Linyi of Shandong province. 【Methods】 Random digit method was used to select 4 schools from 10 junior middle schools in Linyi,then questionnaires were distributed to students in junior I and II middle school.A total number of 1193 students were assessed with General Information Questionnaire,CPANS and CIAS-R. 【Results】 The prevalence of psychological abuse neglect and internet addiction was 21.49%,2.38% respectively.There was significant difference in IA,IA-sym,IA-RP and its factors between psychological abuse neglect group and non-psychological abuse neglect group(P〈0.01).There were significant correlations between psychological abuse neglect and internet addiction(P〈0.01). 【Conclusions】 There probably exists phenomena of psychological abuse neglect in some degree in junior middle school students,and there is certainly proportion students suffering from internet addiction.The one who suffered from psychological abuse neglect may resort to network and be prone to be addicted to the internet.
