民族地区高校科研管理工作新探

摘　　要：指出了民族地区高校科研工作存在的问题,提出了搞好民族地区高校科研管理工作的对策。认为,民族地区的经济社会发展依赖于当地的科研工作,高校是民族地区科研工作的重要阵地,对促进民族地区经济社会发展有重要作用。This paper lists the problems existing in the management of academic research work in the colleges and universities in the ethnic areas,and proposes some measures to improve their management. The author argues that the economic and social development of ethnic areas is largely dependent upon their local research work,while colleges and universities,which are important bases of scientific research,play a significant role in promoting the local economic and social development.
