摘  要:MBA教育质量受培养目标和规格、生源选拔、师资队伍建设、课程体系设置、教学方法选用、办学质量评估、校园文化作用等七大因素的影响。美国MBA教育经过一个世纪的改革发展,已形成各要素均衡发展、较为完善的质量控制体系。我国MBA教育在效仿美国的过程中,对一些要素,如生源、课程体系、师资队伍等的质量控制已做得较好;而像办学质量评估、校园文化等要素的质量控制尚存在较大差距。只有各要素的质量都达到一个较高的水平,才能从整体上提高我国的MBA教育质量。MBA education quality is influenced by seven aspects including training objectives and specifications,students' selection,faculty,curriculum,teaching methods,teaching quality assessment and MBA campus culture.After a century of reform and development,American MBA education has formed a relatively perfect quality control system,in which all elements developed in balance.Following the example of American MBA education,China has done well in aspects such as students' selection,faculty and curriculum.However,on the other hand,compared with that of America,there is still a big gap in aspects including teaching quality assessment and MBA campus culture.Only by improving the quality of all elements to a higher level,can we improve the overall quality of China's MBA education.
