摘 要:在对198位苏北和142位苏南农村居民问卷调查的基础上,文章运用二元Logit模型,探究了农村居民食品安全认知的具体情况及相关影响因素。研究发现,农村居民的食品安全意识虽然较高,但缺乏对标志及具体区别的认知;男性、青年层(20岁~40岁)、学历高的农村居民对三种安全认证食品的认知程度较高。计量分析表明,农村居民的性别、年龄和学历显著影响食品安全认知。On the basis of questionnaire surveys of 198 rural residents in North Jiangsu and 142 rural residents in South Jiangsu province,the food safety awareness of the rural residents were investigated using Logistic analysis.The result showed that rural residents attached importance to the food quality safety,but were lack of knowledge of safety certified foods.Among the persons who finished the questionnaire,young men(with the age ranging from 20 to 40),and those with higher education showed much higher awareness of food safety than the others.The Logistic model regression indicated that gender,age and education remarkably influence the food safety awareness of the rural residents.
