摘　　要：通过对比分析高职院校思想政治教育内容、目的、指导思想等与企业文化的互补性,结合国家大力发展高职教育的政策背景,从理论上指出了在高职院校思想政治教育过程中引入企业文化内容可行性以及重要的理论和现实意义。By comparative analysis,this study discussed the complementarities of corporate culture and the content,aim as well as guidelines of ideological and political education for Higher Vocational Colleges.Under the social background that China is devoting great efforts to develop higher vocational education,this article indicated the practicability and important theoretical as well as realistic significance of introduction of business culture to ideological and political education in Higher Vocational Colleges.
