摘　　要：综述了拟黑多刺蚂蚁的食用价值、营养价值和保健功能。介绍了拟黑多刺蚂蚁作为食品的历史和目前市场上拟黑多刺蚂蚁食品的种类,分析了拟黑多刺蚂蚁含有的营养成分和活性成分,论述了拟黑多刺蚂蚁具有的保健功能,展望了拟黑多刺蚂蚁食品的前景。This paper summaries the food value,nutritional value and health functions of Polyrhachis ant.The history of Polyrhachis ant food and the types of Polyrhachis ant food are discussed.The nutritional ingredients and active ingredient in Polyrhachis ant food are discoursed.The health function of Polyrhachis ant is expounded.This paper briefly discusses the prospects of Polyrhachis ants food.
