摘　　要：针对综合安全评估中指标权重的专家意见的不一致性,应用了集对分析理论的联系度模型,使用相容矩阵法对专家同一性矩阵进行一致性处理,得到指标权重。减小了专家判断的主观随意性,比较客观地反映各指标在评价体系中的地位,较以层次分析法为代表的主观赋值法有较高的准确性。Aimed at the dispersiveness of expert advices about index weight in Formal Safety Assessment,the connection degree model of set-pair analysis theory is applied and the compatibility matrix on the agreement of experts is used to deal with identity matrix and obtain index weight.The arbitrariness of expert＇s subjective judgments is reduced,a more objective evaluation of the importance of each index in the status of the system can be made,and it has higher accuracy than other subjective evaluation method
