摘　　要：现代性伦理道德问题已成为包括西方和中国在内的现代人所无法逃避的现实,我们需要去审视实体和制度规范本身的伦理价值或正当性以及道德个体化与道德普遍性对立的现代性事实,为和谐伦理精神的建构提供某种可能的路径。The ethical and moral problems of modernity have become the inescapable reality for modern people.It is necessary to examine the ethical values or the legitimacy of system entity and the opposition between the values of universality and individuality,which provides a possible path for the construction of harmonious ethical spirits.
