摘　　要：本文得到了一般有限交换环上多项式函数和置换多项式二者个数之间的一个关系式.在此文之前,已有若干文献得到了一些具体的有限交换环上多项式函数和置换多项式二者个数之间的关系式,这些结果是本文结果的特殊情形.Let A be an arbitrary finite commutative ring.In this note,a relation between the number of polynomial functions and that of permutation polynomials over A is obtained. Before this note,a relation between these two numbers over some special finite commutative rings has been obtained,which is the special case of this note.
