摘　　要：本科毕业生选择读研是一种人力资本投资,涉及成本和收益。成本包括显性成本和隐性成本。教育决策部门应制定合理的研究生教育发展规划,适度控制地方院校研究生的招生规模;地方院校需有针对性对研究生进行指导,减少其择业的成本;积极培育成本意识等是降低地方院校研究生读研的机会成本的有效措施。Going to graduate study for undergraduates is an investment of human capital, covermg the cost and income. The cost includes dominant cost and recessive cost, Educational department should make rational policy for postgraduate development and moderately control the enrollment scale of regional colleges and Universities. While the regional colleges and Universities should take a purposeful instruction to the postgraduates to reduce their employment cost. To foster the students＇ cost awareness is one of the effective measures to reduce the opportunity costs of regional colleges and universities,
