高职院校“职业人”培养模式的构建——以永州职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：高职院校人才培养模式的特色在于培养适应社会需要的高素质、高技能的实用技术人才,使其成为对企业有用的"职业人"。永州职业技术学院以培养"职业人"为目标,以"职业人"的工作任务为导向,设计教学内容、方法和过程,以培养学生的实际操作能力为核心,并与企业进行校企合作、工学结合,注重提高学生的职业素养,构建了"知识+技能+职业素养=职业人"的高职教育培养模式,为培养"职业人"奠定了坚实的基础。The training mode of vocational colleges is characterized by the cultivation of high-quality,highly skilled practical technical personnel who adapt to the needs of society and become a useful ＂professional person＂ for enterprises. Yongzhou Vocational College of Technology takes the training of ＂professional person＂ as the goal,the task of ＂professional person＂ as the guidance to design teaching contents,methods and processes,the cultivation of student＇s practical skills as the core,and cooperates with enterprises,combines work with study,pays attention to the improvement of their professional quality,builds the training mode of vocational education with ＂knowledge ＋ skills ＋ professional quality = professional person＂ and has laid a solid foundation for the cultivation of ＂professional person＂.
