摘　　要：对于Ｈｏｐｆ代数Ｈ上的余模代数Ａ，当Ｈ是有限维或幺模（ｕｎｉｍｏｄｕｌａｒ）时，存在由交叉积Ａ＃Ｈ＊ｒａｔ和余不变子代数ＡｃｏＨ构成的ＭｏｒｉｔａＣｏｎｔｅｘｔ．本文论证了对于任意的Ｈｏｐｆ代数Ｈ。For a given comodule algebra A over a Hopf algebra H , it is well known that there exists a Morita context based on the smash product A#H *rat of A and H and the coinvariat subalgebra A co H . We show in this paper that the result still holds for arbitrary H .
