摘　　要：介绍对开源E-Learning平台进行修改并应用到"工学交替"管理中的方法和实施措施.讨论了采用E-Learning平台对实施"工学交替"学生进行指导、日常管理和综合评价的方案,为职业院校的实践管理提供新的思路.The paper introduces the method of revising E-learning platform and applying E-learning to the management of working and learning alternation. It discusses the solution for the guide, daily management and evaluation of students engaged in working and learning alternation by using the platform. It provides a new perspective on practice management in vocational schools.
