实验室碾米机加工不同粒形稻米对加工精度的影响

摘　　要：采用5个不同地区的稻米品种作为实验材料,分析和比较在JMNJ-3型、KETT型两种实验室碾米机型下糙出白率和碾白率的适用性。JMNJ-3型碾米机作用时间短,碎米率低,可迅速去除糙米的皮层;KETT型碾米机碾磨强度小,时间长,碎米率较高。不同粒形稻米的均匀性对糙出白率和碾白率曲线有影响,均匀性较差的优I 899和中二软占品种两曲线差异较大,但是机型对两曲线影响也较大。短粒形辽星、龙稻7号品种、中粒形隆平404品种在两种机型上用糙出白率和碾白率两种方法表示加工精度都适用;中粒形优I 899品种在JMNJ-3型碾米机下用碾白率合理,KETT型碾米机用糙出白率合理;长粒形南集3号品种在JMNJ-3型碾米机下两方法都适用,而KETT型碾米机用糙出白率合理;长粒形中二软占品种两机型下都适合用糙出白率表示。Rice breeds in five different regions were used as the experimental materials to analyze and compare the applicability of white rice yield and whitening rate under the two experimental whitening machine types of JMNJ--3 and KETT. JMNJ--3--type rice whitening machine could remove rapidly the brown rice cortex with short action time and low rice broken rate~ KETT--type rice whitener had small whitening strength, long action time and high rice broken rate. Uniformity of rice with different grain shapes had a certain effect on curves of white rice yield and whitening rate： curves of You 1899 and Zhong＇er Ruanzhan with poor uniformity were greatly different, but ma- chine type also had a great effect on the curves. Both white rice yield and whitening rate were applicable to repre- sent the whitening precisions of short-grain Liaoxing and Longdao 7 ~ and moderate-grain Longping 404 under the two machine types. Whitening rate was reasonable for moderate-grain Xingyou 1899 under JMNJ--3--type rice whitener, while, white rice yield was reasonable for this breed under KETT--type rice whitener; both methods were applicable for long-grain Nanji 3~ under JMNJ--3--type rice whitener, while white rice yield was reasonable for this breed under KETT--type rice whitener; white rice yield was applicable for long-grain Zhong＇er Ruanzhan under two machine types.
