摘　　要：以云南省勐罕镇中学为个案,通过对"创业理想"这一堂课的描述,讨论了傣族乡村学校教育存在的困境:学校教育使人远离自己的故乡,学校教育培养了很多文化边缘人,傣族学生在学校教育中处于弱势地位。In this study,as the Menghan Middle School as an example,this paper describes a class of the ideals of pioneering causes and discusses the plights and the ways of rural schools education for Dai ethnic people：school education make people away from their hometown,Dai ethnic students in schools are in a weak position in education,school educa-tion have trained a lot of cultural periphery personnel.
