摘　　要：根据某些萜类化合物的抗癌构效关系，设计合成了１，２环戊二酮和１，２环己二酮Ｍａｎｎｉｃｈ碱衍生物．初步抗癌活性试验结果表明：１，２环戊二酮双Ｍａｎｎｉｃｈ碱抗癌活性较强，而１，２环戊二酮单Ｍａｎｎｉｃｈ碱及１。The Mannich bases of 1,2cyclopentanedione and 1,2cyclohexandione,which had been designed on the basis of some terpinoids structure activity relationship,were synthesized and their anticancer activities on human tumor cell lines in vitro were tested.The results indicated that the bisMannich bases of 1,2cyclopentanedione had strong activity,but the monoMannich bases of 1,2cyclopentanedione and bisMannich bases of 1,2cyclohexanedione revealed low antitumor activity.
