摘　　要：高校危机在社会发展和高校自身发展双重推进下成为了高校管理者常常遇到的问题,危机管理在高校中越来越受到重视。危机事件是一种突发事件。社会发展与高校自身发展的双重推进导致高校成为一个复杂系统,而恰恰这种突发事件就是复杂性的表现。危机事件就是复杂理论中的突现或涌现,而对于突现处理需要智慧,这种智慧就是管理智慧,是一种实践智慧,因为危机事件及其处理在具体性上都是具有"一次性"特点,所以它需要智慧。但是,在管理者或管理活动中,"一次性"的意义并不是一次性,而应具有长远性,这就要求高校自身在预防和处理危机事件时建立基本的措施和危机处理通道。The crisis is always faced problems in management of higher education institutions because of the factors from the society and the development of the institutions,so the risk management is more paid close attention by the governor.The crisis is one kind of outburst event.The developments of the society and the institution makes the university as a complex system,and then the crisis exhibits the complexity of the university.It emerges in Complex Systems.To deal with it needs wisdom,as administer intellect,because it is once.But the once is not only one time,it has historical meanings.So the university constructs the steps and the way to prevent and deal with this thing.
