摘　　要：通过引入权函数、独立参数及共轭指数,应用实分析的方法,建立一个具有零齐次核的带最佳常数的Hilbert型积分不等式,并考虑其等价形式及其逆式.By introducing the weight function,an independent parameter,a pair of conjugate exponents,and using the way of real analysis,one gives a new Hilbert-type integral inequality with the homogeneous kernel of 0-degree.The equivalent form and the reverses are considered.
