摘　　要：落实《面向二十一世纪教育振兴行动计划》是当前高等院校专业建设、专业改造的任务，结合按新专业目录制订教学计划，讨论课程设置，编写各科教材的改革实际，作者提出了“新”、“适”、“宽”、“实”的教育思路。To Implement The plan of action, It is an assignment of special construction and remould in colleges and universities at present. Deal with reformal realities which are containing, according to new special content, to work out the teaching plan and to discuss the courses offered, and to compile teaching material. Authors put forward a new, suit, broad and steady educational think. it can promote the special quality education of colleges of engineering.
