《高级助产》精品课程对提高学生职业实践能力的探讨

摘　　要：《高级助产》是高级助产专业职业技术课之核心课程,它集专业和职业于一身,对于专业面向的高级助产士岗位所需要的技能、知识和素质起关键支撑和推进作用。三年来,该课程以＂院校共建＂为基础,突出了四化建设（即课程目标＂市场化＂、教学环境＂立体化＂、教学改革＂多元化＂和理论实践＂一体化＂）,实现了四个突破（即教材、教法、团队和条件）,教学双赢,显著提升了高职生＂三强一高＂职业实践能力和职业素质。Advanced Midwifery is a core course in vocational and technical curriculum of high-level midwifery profession.It combines profession and career in one and plays a key role in supporting and advancing the skills,knowledge and quality required by senior midwives.In the past three years,based on the co-construction by the hospital and the school,this course has highlighted the four-modernization drive（i.e.,market-oriented curriculum objectives,three-dimensional teaching environment,multi-facet teaching reform,and theory-practice integration）,achieved four breakthroughs（i.e.,materials,methods,team and conditions of teaching） as well as win-win of teaching and learning.It has significantly enhanced the vocational senior high school students＇ three-strong and one-high professional practice ability and professionalism.
