摘　　要：研制一种儿童易接收、可增强身体抵抗力、含中药成分的软糖。以藿香、紫苏叶、金银花、生山楂为主要原料,通过优化工艺条件,设计正交试验,筛选出最佳配方比例,研制成含中药成分的软糖。结果显示:最佳原料配方,食用明胶3 g,药汁与糖膏的重量比1∶3。该中药软糖既具有食用价值又具有预防、保健等功效,适合儿童食用。Develop a candy containing medicinal herbs,which can strengthen body resistance and is acceptable to children.Use pogostemon cablin,perilla leaf,honeysuckle and crataegus,as the main material.By optimizing the process conditions and designing orthogonal experiments to select the best formula,a candy containing medicinal herbs is developed.Result showed： The best formula determined by experiments is： edible gelatin 3g,the weight ratio of herb juice to sugar paste 1：3.The candy developed has not only an edible value but also a medicinal effect in prevention and health care,and it is good for children.
