摘　　要：教师文化是教师在教育教学活动中形成和发展起来的价值观念和行为方式。教师文化建设对高职院校内涵提升的意义体现在促进学校教育管理的变革、推动学校效能的提升、促进教师专业发展及影响校园文化和学生文化的形成。教师文化建设应凝练学校核心价值观,培育学校精神,建立具有人文特色的制度文化、塑造自然的合作文化,构建"双师型"的教学团队。Faculty culture is a manner and values which developed in the teaching activities.The Significance of faculty culture development on the intension promotion in higher vocational colleges embodies in promoting the reforming of education management,promoting the school efficiency,promoting the teachers’speciality development and forming the students culture.The faculty culture development should condense the schools core values,cultivate the school spirits,set up institutional culture specializing in humanities,and build natural cooperative culture so as to build a teaching team having＂double qualified teachers＂.
