摘　　要：由于行业的高技术性、技术和市场的高度不确定性,新兴技术企业具有完全不同于一般企业的行业、技术和市场特征。本文具体分析了新兴技术企业上述三方面的特征,总结和构建了相应的特征函数,并创建了新兴技术企业的成长模型。Because of the sector-wide high-technology and the high uncertainty in technology and market,emerging technology firms are faced with an operating environment as well as technological and market characteristics that are totally different from those faced by other firms. All these differences are analyzed respectively in this paper. The characteristic functions and the growing model of emerging technology firms are set up finally.
