摘　　要：评估2007级七年制临床医学专业期末考试试卷的质量,以检查教学效果,提高教学质量。选择128份试卷进行统计分析。成绩呈偏正态分布,平均69.2分。试卷难易度:0.69,试卷自相关区分度:10.06。偏易试题14题,不合格试题8道。由此可见,试卷题型分配全面,区分度良好,成绩分布合理,但选择题不合格偏易题较多,尚需改进。In order to exam the teaching result and improve teaching quality, this study analyzes the final examination paper of genetics for 7-year students （2007） majoring in clinical medicine. The results showed a partial distribution with an average 69.2 points. Paper degree of difficulty is 0.69, and paper autocorrelation differentiation： 0.06. There are 14 partial easy questions and 8 failure questions. Conclusion： The kinds of questions of paper are comprehensive. The differentiation is good and the distribution of results is reasonable. There are a lot more easy multiple-choice questions. which need be improved.
