摘 要:目的探讨实习前校内仿真实训对护理本科生岗位适应能力的影响。方法在校内模拟医院,对2006级69名护理本科生采用智能模拟人(SimMan)实行临床护理岗位工作过程的仿真实训,通过整体护理综合考核和学生问卷调查评价实训效果。结果本组学生实训前后整体护理综合考核成绩比较,除仪表态度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)外,在理论答辩与应用、健康教育与人文关怀、创新与应变能力、综合考核成绩优秀率及技能操作方面差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。本组学生对实习前开展校内仿真实训持肯定态度,各项指标赞同率均在90%以上。结论实习前采用智能模拟人进行临床护理岗位工作过程的仿真实训,可以有效提高学生将理论知识转化为临床护理实践的能力,缩短理论和实践磨合的时间,有利于学生角色的转变,提高临床护理岗位的适应能力。Objective To evaluate the effects of school-based simulation training before pre-graduation clinical practice among undergraduate nursing students.Methods Simulation training was implemented among 69 undergraduate nursing students by using a SimMan system.The effects were evaluated by comprehensive examination and questionnaire investigation among nursing students.Results After the training,the students' performance was significantly improved on reply and application of theoretical knowledge,health education and humanistic care,innovation and adaptability,as well as the excellent rate of comprehensive examination and nursing skills (P0.05).While there was no significant difference on the performance of nursing etiquette and attitudes(P0.05) before and after the training.The nursing students held positive attitudes to school-based comprehensive simulation training before pre-graduation clinical practice,and the agreed rates were all over 90%.Conclusion The comprehensive simulation training by using a SimMan system before clinical practice can effectively enhance nursing students' ability to transform learned knowledge into clinical practice and shorten the time to integrate theory and practice.It is proved to be helpful for the role change and adaptability of nursing students in clinical practice.
