摘　　要：成人高教教学质量保障体系是成人高教教学质量的基石。规范办学秩序,改善办学条件,严格教学过程,是成人高教教学质量的有效保障。在构建终身教育体系和建设学习型社会的环境条件下,成人高教教学质量保障体系建设应当加强系统性、重视特色性、体现人本性。The qulity of higher education for adults is based on teaching quality guarantee system.To ensure a good quality for adults’ higher education,we have to regulate the education,improve school conditions and be strict on the teaching process.Against the national background of building a learning society with life-long education concept,our quality guarantee system has to be designed as unique,systematic and humanistic.
