摘 要:为了观察农药销售结构改变后成都地区代表人群膳食中的有机氯、有机磷农药残留情况和这两类主要农药的平均摄入水平,于1996年进行了总膳食研究。结果:测定的谷类、蔬菜、水果等5类食物样品中6种有机磷农药(乐果、敌敌畏、对硫磷、倍硫磷、马拉硫磷、甲拌磷)残留量均低于检出限;城乡居民9种食物样品中HCH(六六六)、DDT(滴滴涕)有机氯农药残留量,除城乡谷类、豆及坚果类低于检出限外,薯类、蔬菜类、水果类、肉类、蛋类、水产类、乳类均有检出。与80年代初有机氯农药监测结果比,动物性食品中HCH和DDT残留量均有明显的下降,但目前HCH、DDT摄入量仍远高于南方二区和全国平均水平。After the pesticide's selling structure had been changed, we made a survey on the pesticide's residue for resident's diet in Chengdu. Organic chlorine, organic phosphorus residue and their intaking level were determined by means of total diet study. The results showed that the residues of organic phosphorus(dimethoate, dichlorphos, parathion abate, malarious, phorate thimet) in cereals, vegetables, fruits, potatoes, beans were all bellow detected limits. Compared with results of measured in early 1980s., The resident intakes for HCH and DDT in food by animal were still more above the nations average level. The organic chlorine pesticide's residue could be detected in potatoes, vegetable, fruits, meats, eggs, milk and aquatic products except in cereals, beans Residue of HCH in cereals of rural area was also above the maxiumum limits of standard.
