摘　　要：随着人因研究由个体向组织定向的转变,企业人力资源规划中的风险识别成为组织错误研究的一项主要内容。在对国内外有关企业组织风险研究的评价基础上,重点分析企业人力资源风险的内涵和特点,着重研究了企业人力资源规划风险识别过程中的风险因素和风险形成机理,初步提出了一些防范措施。As a result of the subject of human errors changed to the organizational level from individual level,the research on the risk identification and prevention in human resource layout of enterprises is the major content of the study.Based on the evaluation of the risk of domestic and foreign business organizations,we focuse on the analysis of risk enterprises,human resources content and features,the risk identification and prevention in human resources layout of enterprises.Some precautions measures are put forward.
