摘　　要：课程建设是教学改革的中心环节，是衡量一所学校办学水平与质量的重要标志。济宁医学院医学微生物学教研室以精品课程建设为契机，结合医学微生物学理论教学与实验教学的实际情况，在师资队伍建设、教学方法改进、教材建设、优化教学内容、加强实践性教学环节、考核方式改革等方面进行了实践与探索，取得了较好的成绩。Course construction is the key for teaching reform and an important symbol for measuring the level of school and teaching quality. In combination with the actual teaching situation of theoretical and experimental teaching, the faculty working office has web-delivery for fine-designed courses as a turning point from the aspects of the building of teaching staff, improving teaching method, building teaching materials, optimizing the teaching content, strengthening practical aspects, reforming the exam of the lesson and so on. Finally, we have obtained a good result for development.
