摘　　要：近年来，厦门大学医学院外科学教研室通过制定临床实践教学制度、强化临床技能培训、规范临床技能考核、完善相应配套措施等途径，加强实习医师临床技能培训。实践证明，加强实习医师临床技能的训练及考核，大大增强了实习医师学习的目的性，保证了临床实习教学质量，最终全面提高了实习医师的临床实践能力。In recent years, Teaching and Research Section of Surgery of Medical College of Xiamen University enhanced the training of interns＇ clinical practical skills by working out the clinical teaching system, strengthening the training of clinical skills, standardizing the assessment of clinical skills and completing the appropriate means of supporting measures. It was found that enhancing the training and assessment of interns＇ clinical skills greatly strengthened the interns＇ learning purpose, guaranteed the quality of clinical practice teaching, and improved the clinical practice abilities of interns at last.
