摘  要:长期以来,大学教师由于专业自主权的严重缺失,导致专业化水准不高。在专业活动中主体性和创造性不能充分发挥,全新的教育理念也无法落到实处,难以畅快地完成教育使命。因此,政府和大学应建立激发教师积极性和创造性的大学制度,消解科层制的羁绊,让大学教师专业自主权得以充分彰显与展现,做到增强自主意识,完善自主行为,提升专业境界,推进其专业化快速发展,使大学教师能够超越"能干的教书匠"而成为"专业的教育家"。Serious deficiencies of university teachers' professional autonomy lead to their poor professional levels.They couldn't fully exert their subjectivity and creativity and cheerfully finish their educational missions.And their new educational philosophy couldn't be implemented as well.Therefore,the government and universities should establish the university system which could inspire teachers' enthusiasm and creativity and clear up fetters of bureaucracy.Thus,university teachers could play their professional autonomy fully and their self-awareness and professional level could be enhanced.The rapid development of their specialization helps them to become professional educators from capable teachers.
