师德建设应汲取传统文化精华

摘　　要：从当前高校师德建设的现状出发,分析了所存在问题及原因;提出应从三个方面汲取传统文化的精华,提高师德建设的水平;并结合高等教育实际,阐述了进一步深化师德建设内涵的策略。After the problems and reasons of the present teachers＇ virtue construction are analyzed,the absorbtion in the essence of traditional culture should start from three aspects to improve the level of the construction.Then with the practice of higher education,the strategy of deepening the construction＇s connotation is illustrated.
