摘  要:研究了气相色谱-质谱法测定粮谷中17种有机氯、拟除虫菊酯类农药残留检测方法。样品以石油醚为提取剂,经Florisil固相萃取柱净化,采用选择离子扫描模式检测。用基质匹配标准校正方法补偿基质效应。该方法17种农残的回收率为70.9%~110.3%、相对标准偏差为2.5%~10.3%、检出限为1.8μg/kg~16.8μg/kg。The solid phase extraction and GC-MS were developed for the determination of 17 organic chlorides and pyrethroid pesticide residues in grain. The organic chlorides and pyrethroid pesticides were extracted from grain samples with petroleum ether, purified by Florisil solid-phase extraction column, and detected by GC-MS with SIM mode (selective ion monitoring). The matrix-matched calibration was used to compensate the matrix effects. The recoveries of 17 pesticide residues ranged from 70.9% to 110.3%. The relative standard deviations were within 2.5%-10.3%. The detection limit was from 1.8ug/kg to 16.8ug/kg.
