摘　　要：高师美术教育专业是培养基础教育师资的专门教育机构，其实质是一种以培养基础教育师资为教学目标的职业教育。为了适应现代社会时美术教育师资提出的新要求，高师美术教育应强化教师职业素质的培养。高师美术专业学生应热爱美术教育事业，具备高尚的道德素质；应有意识加强理论知识的学习，丰富文化修养和内涵；具备与时俱进的教育理念和较强的学科教学研究能力已成为当前高师美术专业学生必备的职业素质。the college education is to cultivate professional art education foundation education institution specialized teachers,its essence is a kind of basic education to train teachers for professional education teaching goals.In order to adapt to the modern society of art education teachers colleges, and put forward the new request art education should enhance teachers＇ professional qualities.College students should be fine arts education career and love of the noble moral qualities,Should strengthen the consciousness of theoretical knowledge and rich learning culture and connotation,With the education idea and with strong research ability of course teachinghas become the current college students majoring in fine arts for professional quality.
