浅议教师流动及农村薄弱校的师资队伍建设

摘　　要：教师流动具有极强的规律性，以从农村薄弱学校流向城市学校最为典型。分析城乡间流动的背景和原因之后，研究者发现这种流动对教育公平的实现起到了负面影响。以下几方面的对策和措施可供参考：规范用人制度；采取扶持措施、改革分配制度以及加强农村薄弱校民主建设。Flow is extremely regular teachers to rural schools to urban schools from the most typical, Analysis of flow be- tween urban and rural background and reasons for their educational fair has played a negative impact.
